COMPLIANCE DATABASE IS NOW AVAILABLE AT A DISCOUNTED SUBSCRIPTION PRICE
Any sales call to a cellular, PCS or pager telephone number where the user may
be charged for the call is a violation of the TCPA and could result in fines of
up to $11,000 per violation. This file contains lists of telephone numbers that
have been ported from wireline service to wireless service and lists of
telephone numbers ported from wireless to wireline service.

Numbers that fall within their normally designated ranges (wireline and
wireless) are not included in these files. Sales calls to numbers that appear
on the ported Wireline-to-Wireless list must stop within 15 days of the number
appearing on this list. Please contact 800-247-2338 to subscribe to this

How do I get this database service started?
It’s easy, just take a few minutes to call 888-357-6244 or email:
increase@circulation.net to get a copy of the order form and
agreement. Then fill them out and fax them back to CDI at (800) 400-4453 or
email them to increase@circulation.net.
We outsource our telemarketing, why would our newspaper need this list?
Any sales call to a wireless phone number is a violation of the TCPA even if
that newspaper has an existing business relationship. This includes upgrade and
retention calls.
Does the list contain all wireless phone numbers or just ported phone
numbers?
This list contains only the numbers ported from wireline to wireless and
wireless to landline. Numbers that fall within their normally designated ranges
(wireline and wireless) are not included with this service.
